Welcome to Quebec Council

Scouts Canada is the country's leading youth organization. For more than 100 years, we have brought a world of adventure, outdoor experience and friendship to 17 million Canadian youth.

Quebec Council is 1 of 20 Councils within Scouts Canada hosting 3300 members in approximately 100 Groups.  The Council covers the entire province of Quebec excluding communities in and around Gatineau, Quebec.

Quebec maintains 5 properties within its 10 'Service Areas' which benefit members by providing a variety of locations for delivering exciting, year-round outdoor program activities. The Council also runs a vibrant residential summer camp program out of Camp Tamaracouta near Mille-Isles, QC for youth.

The Council is supported by the Scouting Service Centre (OTTAWA) in Ottawa, Ontario; and also serves Voyageur and Northern Ontario Councils.
